Here’s a link to some Mp3s of our best homeless friend, Mustard:
http://www.reddit.com/r/Music/comments/adx94/mustard_the_homeless_guy_from_creep_cover_full/
The video shows a homeless man (nicknamed Mustard), covering “Creep” by Radiohead. It was recorded on the Opie and Anthony show. Apparently they do a segment where they pick a homeless person off of the street and buy them clothes. Mustard was chosen for it and mentioned that he was a musician. They gave him a guitar, and this was the result:

I stole this from a blog:

I was going to make a solid update about Plastic Beach (which came out about a month ago) but haven’t really got around to it. I also spent a very long time looking for a zip file of the album online, and it took forever and I ended up torrenting it THEREFORE I don’t have a link for it. You guys have to search for it yourself.
With regards to that, that’s why a post about Plastic Beach is way late.
This music video is pretty cool (Grim Reaper looks sick) and the album itself is good. People online commented that it sounds wistful and not as playful as Demon Dayz or anything, but that’s not a bad thing.
After all, no one can say anything bad about everybody’s favorite loveable badasses, the Gorillaz.

It’s 2 in the morning and a good time to listen to Ella Fitzgerald & Louis Armstrong - Tenderly

This is hilarious.

I must give credit where credit is due. My old roommate, Alex, found this out.
Listen to this song:
and then listen to this song:
Now how about that? Kanye does it again (i.e. daft punk). Can’s album, Ege Bamyasi, came out in 1972.
C’mon Kanye, you’re trying too hard.
Graduation is still a good album. by the way, it came out THREE YEARS AGO. feel old? I do.

[p.s.] don’t pretend to be hella cool just because you know this now. Not like you guys really listen to Can.
This band originates from Berkeley, so give some support to your local indie band!
It’s finals week, and i’m kinda burnt out so I don’t want to type out a big ol’ thing.
genre - indie pop, baroque pop.
from wikipedia:
“The band has toured in support of Grizzly Bear (fall 2009), The Kooks and Death Cab for Cutie (summer 2008), Ra Ra Riot (fall 2008), and has also played with Yo La Tengo, MGMT, Grand Archives, Yeasayer, Two Gallants, The Rosebuds, Au Revoir Simone, We Are Scientists, and White Rabbits.[citation needed] They also toured with The Submarines in 2009”
I just like the way they sound.
Big Echo album here, co-produced by the bassist for Grizzly Bear. Howabout that!
